The new $5.5 million Athletic Complex opened in 2014 (home to men’s and women’s soccer and softball). A new $20 million, 85,000-sq. ft. Arts, Sciences, and Education building is scheduled to open for classes in fall 2015.
There’s plenty for you to do
Our students enjoy an active and exciting campus life, with more than 30 different social, cultural, professional, and community service–oriented clubs. Athletics are an equally important part of college life, and D’Youville has a wide range of NCAA intercollegiate and recreational athletic programs to choose from.
Students also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of social activities, trips, and concerts throughout the year. There is a whole world outside of D’Youville that students can explore and enjoy. Located in a residential section of the city of Buffalo, D’Youville puts students just steps away from all the action and excitement that comes with life in New York State’s second-largest metropolitan area. From top-rated theaters to ski resorts, nightclubs, ethnic festivals, concert halls, and Niagara Falls, students find there’s plenty to do. Students can catch one of today’s hottest box office hits at Shea’s Performing Arts Center; visit the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, one of the premier art galleries in America; attend professional sporting events like the Buffalo Bills (NFL) or Buffalo Sabres (NHL); or ski Kissing Bridge Resort.
Whatever your interests, you’ll find plenty of others who share them.
Securing your future
For over 100 years, D’Youville College has provided a quality education for students seeking choices that translate into successful careers and personal satisfaction. A devoted faculty and staff and limited class size provide the opportunity to interact personally with faculty and students alike, forming the basis of a well-integrated education and affording graduates exceptional job placement possibilities.
