Christian Life Profile

Be part of something different

There are countless universities that call themselves Christian and have religious-sounding taglines, but how many are truly guided from a Christian world-view? Most universities boast strong academics, but how many classrooms are led by professors with real-world experience who know your name and share the same faith and values as you?

There’s just something different about Arizona Christian University. ACU is a non-denominational Christian university where all faculty and staff are professing believers in Jesus Christ and are committed not only to giving you a quality education, but to your formation as a whole person. Growing students in Christ and preparing them for a life of impact is what motivates Arizona Christian University. We invite you to join the community!

Student life
Roughly one-third of our student population lives in ACU’s residence hall, where you’ll find students engaging in Bible studies and discipleship groups, planning outreach events, and forming lifelong friendships. For students who don’t plan to live on campus, ACU’s commuter outreach program offers many opportunities for you to connect to the campus and experience the same sense of community as our resident students.

All students attend ACU’s twice-weekly chapels, which feature relevant speakers from all walks of life, and students gather around the clock for campus Bible studies and discipleship groups. Athletes are involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and on Wednesday evenings you’ll find students gathering for student-led worship at Encounter. Student House of Prayer hosts regular prayer events, and students engage the community in service through Project 032 and Urban Outreach. International opportunities and mission trips allow students to not only learn more about the world, but also discover who God made them to be as individuals.
