International Profile

What's Your Style?

Style is personal. It reflects who you are, where you come from, and what you believe in.

At Lynn you’ll mix with one of the most international student bodies in the country. U.S.News & World Report consistently ranks Lynn first among schools our size for the number of international students. (Students from almost 100 countries call Lynn University “home.”)

Everyone has a learning style
Learning style is as individual as anything else. Individual faculty members are trained in adapting their teaching style to a variety of learning styles.

Lynn’s accelerated bachelor’s degree program allows a select number of students to fast-forward their degree and complete it in just three years—saving a cool $46,500.

Lynn’s Institute for Achievement and Learning is internationally known for its success in teaching students who learn differently.

Our social style? Energetic
Our eight women’s and six men’s athletic teams have won 23 national championships and 34 conference championships. Lynn is a member of NCAA Division II and the Sunshine State Conference.

A conversation for the ages
There’s nothing dull about The Dialogues, our core curriculum. The Dialogues span 20 seminars and cover five themes: Self and Society, Belief and Reason, Justice and Civic Life, Scientific Literacy, and Quantitative Reasoning. Each class encourages you to explore traditional topics in thoroughly non-traditional ways.

Global citizenship is second nature
At Lynn global citizenship just comes naturally. Because 24% of our students come from somewhere other than the United States, we are uniquely positioned to create a college experience that reflects the real world, not just our corner of South Florida.

College reimagined
Student involvement keeps the calendar packed with activities. There are over 40 student organizations, community service opportunities like Students For The Poor and Relay For Life, and active club and intramural sports.

Rub shoulders with corporate titans
In a highly competitive job market, knowledge is only half of the equation. You also need experience—and connections.

At Lynn we make sure you have plenty of both. Our CEO Speaker Series brings some of South Florida’s most powerful business leaders to campus on a regular basis.

Every academic department has an internship coordinator who works tirelessly to cultivate relationships locally, nationally, and globally. And when you’re close to graduation, our career center can help you craft your résumé, polish your interview style, and tap into hundreds of employment resources.
