Faith is an integral part of the University’s mission, and students have the opportunity to discuss theory and application of faith in their fields. Students may choose to practice their faith every Tuesday at chapel, in their classes, in prayer or Bible study groups, through their artwork, while they’re serving others, or in individual ways.
Grow through service
While guiding students in developing specific skills and talents, Waynesburgalso provides opportunities to applyand sharpen them through service. In fact, students, faculty, and staff spend approximately 50,000 hours each year working to improve the lives of others.
Service opportunities include service learning courses, international as well as domestic mission trips, theBonner Program, and personal service initiatives, among others.

• The Center for Campus Ministry meeting space has a living room–like atmosphere with couches, coffee, music, resources, and access to Campus Ministry staff. During the week, many campus Bible studies and small groups take place in this space.
• Upper Room features student-led worship and a student testimony every Sunday evening.
• The Fellowship of Christian Athletes empowers and encourages students to use their God-given potential to impact the world around them and to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Many of our athletic teams also hold Bible studies and incorporate prayer as part of their team values.
