We are proud of the professional accomplishments of our 8,179 master’s degree and 212 doctoral alumni, including presidents of more than 50 organizations, vice presidents, controllers, executive directors, officers, principals, superintendents, and upper-level managers in 200 organizations worldwide.

At Gannon we understand the balancing act graduate school requires, so we provide support and convenience. We partner with you to achieve your educational and professional goals. Our dynamic faculty understand, because they are participating in research projects, speaking at national conferences, and continuing their clinical practices and businesses while teaching.

We provide small, intimate class sizes where questions are welcomed and discussions are a key part of our courses. We strive to provide all the resources each student needs to earn his or her degree and to celebrate success in a current job or new career.

Location is everything
Gannon’s vibrant, urban Erie Campus is located on the waterfront in the heart of Erie, Pennsylvania. This location enables students to easily find internships and co-op jobs with federal, state, and local government agencies; accounting, law, and marketing firms; hospitals; industrial and insurance companies; and museums. Students tell us Erie is just the right size—big enough to provide plenty of professional and recreational opportunities, but small enough to easily get around and feel secure.

Gannon University’s Ruskin Campus in Florida is a bold move to fill the increasing demand for high-quality graduate education in disciplines that serve the health care sector of the Florida economy. Florida, and especially the west coast of Florida, is projected to have rates of growth in the population of college-age students that are among the highest in the country. Gannon University recognizes the demand for health care professionals and is embracing the challenge by introducing the additional campus in Ruskin, Florida. Gannon University believes that the new trends and demands align with the hands-on, community-based curriculum currently offered to students. Enrolling at Gannon University’s Ruskin campus puts you at the center of a growing field in a dynamic and beautiful place that rates highly on measures of livability and attractiveness and puts you in the forefront of the health care professions.

Graduate assistantships
Gannon University has a number of graduate assistantships available to students. Ability and application procedures vary based on department. Most graduate assistant students receive a stipend and/or percentage
of tuition waiver. All positions are for one year, renewable for a second by mutual agreement. Graduate assistants in Residence Life receive room and board.
