Applicant must be an enrolled member of a U.S. Federally Recognized American Indian or Alaska Native Tribe or lineal descendant of a base roll member. Must be an undergraduate student enrolled in a college, university, or technical school with a minimum 2.25 GPA. Photo, one page letter, certificate of Indian Blood OR proof of Indian Heritage, official tuition billing statement from school, and copy of current transcript required.
