saveChildren of U.S. Military who are Missing in Action or Prisoners of War (MIA/POWs) Exemption

Applicant must be a Texas resident who is the dependent child of a Texas resident who is a POW or MIA; proof of parent's status from the Department of Defense is required. Applicant must attend a public college or university in Texas, and be under 21 years of age or under 25 years of age if majority of financial support is from parent.
