Applicant must be a U.S. citizen who is a woman living in Hawaii with two completed semesters of undergraduate studies at an accredited college or university in Hawaii. Applicant must provide proof of academic excellence, be able to demonstrate leadership in community/school activates, and financial need. Letter of recommendation, personal statement, and transcripts are required to be submitted.
