Camp Kingsmont

Kingsmont offers campers a specialized health and fitness program designed for weight reduction. Boys and girls take cooking and nutrition classes, and the camp emphasizes behavior modification as a means to improve eating habits and lead a more active lifestyle. A full range of traditional activities includes arts and crafts, individual and team sports, riding, canoeing, hiking and bicycling. Campers with diabetes and other weight-related conditions may enroll.
