Camp Ramah in the Poconos

Overview

Ramah conducts a particularly strong sports program that includes basketball, baseball, street hockey, soccer, volleyball, gymnastics and tennis. Boys and girls also gain exposure to the cultural arts: photography, woodworking, radio, dance and drama. Backpacking and canoe trips, as well as overnight hikes, teach basic outdoor living skills. Study of the Hebrew language and Jewish texts are part of the daily schedule, and the camp observes Shabbat.
