CVA conducts two distinct summer camps: a snowboarding program in Oregon's Mt. Hood mountains and an on-campus skateboarding and trampolining camp. The snowboarding camp focuses on half-pipe and slope-style techniques and incorporates on-hill coaching, video review and daily dry-land activities, in addition to the full use of on- and off-snow facilities. The skateboarding and trampolining program provides young skiers and snowboarders with an alternate method of training during the summer; older campers receive weight-training instruction during the session.
