Michigan State University Math, Science & Technology Summer Program

This two-week program for academically talented boys and girls emphasizes math, science and technology, as well as applications in those areas. MST at MSU attempts to challenge students without duplicating course work that is part of the traditional kindergarten through grade 12 curriculum. Pupils investigate problems that can be explored through a better understanding of math, science, engineering and technology; focus on an intensive area of study suited to interdisciplinary research in these subject areas; and become acquainted with possible career fields. In addition to meeting academic requirements, applicants must display evidence of potential in math, science or technology through past competition participation or involvement in extracurricular activities.
