Winter sports athletes choose from the following summer options at Mt. Hood: ski racing (covering slalom, giant slalom and super G), freestyle skiing and snowboarding. Campers spend Saturdays resting and sightseeing in Oregon, then devote Sundays to light skiing and snowboarding. While mature campers as young as age 9 may enroll, the vast majority of campers are at least 12 years old.
