Overview

TMI leads hands-on explorations through the peaks and river valleys of the Appalachian Mountains. Campers study the area's diverse ecology and learn about Appalachia's natural history and cultural heritage. Wilderness camping activities include canoeing, caving, rock climbing, survival training and white-water rafting.
