MESET introduces students to various disciplines of engineering. The project-based curriculum features a team competition in engineering design. Site visits to Houston-area engineering firms, panel discussions by working engineers and current engineering students, and activities at the campus sports and recreation center round out the program. Texas residents receive admissions priority, and MESET actively encourages young women and underrepresented minorities to apply.
