Learn, create, and engage in an academic setting in the University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Summer Pre-College programs. High school students participate in an innovative and exciting community of artists, researchers and scholars while exploring potential majors and experiencing life on a college campus. Participants also benefit from workshops to develop strategies and skills that will help them get the most out of college. Students reside in the brand-new Commonwealth Honors College Residential Community, have access to the W.E.B. DuBois Library, as well as the Recreation Center, and have the opportunity to meet with admissions staff. In addition to exciting and rigorous academic programs, participants can also participate in weekend trips to Boston and Six Flags New England. Additional evening Residential Life activities will also be offered.
