Hosted by the University of Massachusetts' MFA Program for Poets and Writers, this intensive, weeklong program combines creative writing workshops, studio courses and readings. Daily workshops in poetry and fiction form the core of the session. Participants work with Juniper faculty and a core group of their peers to generate new work, revise work in progress and form a community of writers designed to foster shared feedback. Question and answer sessions with faculty and writers-in-residence enable students to explore the creative process and the writing life. Noted authors and poets deliver evening readings.
