University of St Andrews Scottish Studies Summer Programme



This academic program for North American students, taught by St Andrews faculty, focuses on Scottish studies. Employing an approach that includes seminars and tutorials, the program covers a millennium of Scottish history and also incorporates Scottish literature, archaeology, art history, film and traditional music. Frequent field trips and excursions—as well as cultural visits to art galleries, concerts and the theater—enrich the program.
