Wellspring Adventure Camp North Carolina



Wellspring Adventure Camp is designed to help boys and girls lose weight, develop healthy habits and improve self-esteem. The camp offers beginning instruction in white-water rafting, rock climbing and rappelling. Wellspring's clinical program combines cognitive behavioral therapy, dietary changes and physical activity. Writing exercises and educational seminars complete the program. Applicants must be at least 20 pounds overweight and must have been attempting to lose weight for at least a year.
