Y O Ranch Adventure Camp

Campers choose from an array of programs conducted on the 40,000-acre ranch. Cowboy camp teaches participants grooming, saddling and horse safety. Campers learn basic pole patterns and engage in roping, riding and cattle work; they also ride out on the ranch for an overnight. Hunting camp teaches fundamental outdoor skills such as archery and shotgunning, and campers also learn the importance of hunting, conservation and wildlife management. Other aspects of the program include survival skills training, camp outs and wildlife projects. Advanced sessions accommodate experienced campers.
