Finding the right college experience can take time. If you’ve started your college journey but you’re considering transferring, consider SEU.

Southeastern University gives you the foundation needed to succeed in life, not just at work. SEU offers a diverse array of academic programs to choose from, as well as a real community where you’ll build relationships that will last a lifetime.

Transfer student services
Transferring schools is a big decision, so we’ve put together a one-stop place for everything you need to know to make this time of transition as stress-free as possible. Visit seu.edu/transfer to get all the details you need, plus check how your incoming credits will transfer to SEU.

What can you study at SEU? Plenty! Our students can choose from more than 100 degree programs at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels—and more are being added all the time. Our exciting academic colleges are full of highly accomplished faculty members who really care, and who bring real-world experience to the classroom.

Our campus is growing!
Our brand new welcome center opened this year, bringing hospitality for visitors and essentials services for new and existing students to one convenient, beautiful location. We also recently opened our 125,000-sq. ft. Buena Vida live/learn facility. This unique building includes dorms, visual and performing arts spaces, a food court, and much more.

Spiritual life
Your spiritual development is the very core of our mission. Through chapel services, mission trips, community outreach, faith integration in the classroom, and much more, your faith will be strengthened daily.

SEU Worship
Our student-led worship band, now under the Sony label Provident Music Group, writes original songs, leads chapel services, and professionally produces albums every year. SEU Worship music streams on all digital platforms to millions worldwide.

College is a significant investment, and we provide numerous financial aid options to make SEU accessible to all students. Our average SEU award is $18,700, and more than 98% of our students receive financial aid. In fact, we awarded more than $31.4 million in scholarships in the 2019–2020 academic year alone.

Our campus is in sunny Lakeland, Florida, where students are treated to great weather and outdoor activities throughout the year. Lakeland has just the right balance of hometown connectivity and city-based excitement. SEU is also centrally located to some of the Nation’s best beaches as well as theme parks such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Busch Gardens.

The Fire compete in in the NAIA, within the Sun Conference and the Mid-South Conference. During the 2018–2019 school year, the Fire won eight Sun Conference championships and claimed the conference’s Commissioner’s Cup for the first time in school history.

One of the greatest parts of our community at SEU is the mentoring our students receive. From faculty to staff to coaches, we have no shortage of people at SEU who are ready to guide you in your academic and spiritual walk.
