Mary Immaculate College (MIC), founded in 1898, is Ireland’s leading university-level college of education and liberal arts. 

The College has a growing and diverse community of almost 5,000 students who are enrolled in undergraduate programs in Education, Liberal Arts, Contemporary and Applied Theatre Studies, and Early Childhood Care and Education, as well as a range of postgraduate programs at diploma, MA, and PhD levels. Additional subjects available to our study abroad students include Irish Heritage Studies, Beginners Irish Language, English as a Foreign Language, and English for Academic Purposes.

All new students are provided with a comprehensive orientation and have access to continued staff support throughout their studies. MIC’s student union, MISU, provides additional support and representation through the huge variety of clubs and societies, including the extremely welcoming and active International Students’ Society. The College is proud to call themselves a fully accessible campus, where the staff’s focus is on students’ well-being and academic involvement. To those students who need a little extra help, the campus also offers English-language support services.

Superb modern facilities can be found all over the College. Students will find comfortable and welcoming low-cost accommodation very close to MIC, with various options including on-campus self-catering accommodation. Off-campus self-catering accommodation is also available at privately run facilities nearby, and students may also rent private accommodation in the neighborhoods around MIC. Being a city campus, no city neighborhood is outside walking distance!

Mary Immaculate College qualification worldwide if you wish to undertake further study or look for work in another country.

Affordable, world-class education
Tuition fees at MIC are just 11,128  per year for students coming from the United States. Mary Immaculate College is also approved for US Federal Aid, which means a US student who qualifies for loan approval can use that loan to study at MIC!
