The Theatre program provides training for the well-rounded theatre artist—and that could be you! Acting, technical skills, design, and management: your work at Asbury will combine practical knowledge, academic depth and a natural integration of faith into your craft. Theatre is a living artform; starting your first year, you can be a creative partner in our stage, film and TV projects. Other opportunities include studying at The Globe Theatre in London, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and internships at theatres across the country.

Develop your musical gifts through outstanding performance opportunities, rigorous academics and thriving musical community. Music Majors at Asbury receive an elite education and dynamic performance opportunities while preparing to make an IMPACT around the world. Asburians are teaching music in schools in Saudi Arabia, Nepal, and across the United States and performing on stages with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Pershing’s Own Army Band, The Houston Grand Opera, and more! Music Alumni are also impacting the world as church musicians, pastors, doctors, lawyers, graphic designers, and countless other professions.

Worship Arts Program

Master worship leading skills, pursue musical excellence, and nurture your faith as you become a leader in worship. The Worship Arts major at Asbury is dedicated to equipping young men and women in using the arts to engage their culture with the truth and love of Jesus Christ. It is a program where passion runs alongside excellence in practice, where classes are designed to lead your heart as well as train your mind. We want to use music, the visual arts, and drama to lead people who don’t know Jesus to Him and to lead those who do know Him closer to Him.
