An Inside Look

What students are saying about us...

  • “My most memorable moment as an ONU student is the first ONUnity event we had on campus. It was very comforting seeing how many students and faculty truly cared about diversity on this campus.”

    • Limani Laster
      Construction Management
  • “The rural community setting allowed me to enhance and practice my classroom-learned clinical skills by providing health care services and health education to underserved populations who need it the most. This showed me that I, as an individual future pharmacist, have a huge role to play in the health and well-being of my community and that I can make a positive impact on someone's life, which in turn made me eager to embody that role."

    • Abdullah Alsamman
      Pharmacy
  • “When you tell employers you graduated from ONU, that just puts you above the other candidates. Additionally, the faculty are here for you. They give you their number if you have a question on a problem or just need to talk. All of the professors have worked in higher-profile companies and experienced it, and now they're teaching us.”

    • Xavier Williams
      Accounting
  • “There's been a huge 180-degree transformation in me. Before I came here, I used to be reserved and shy. If I would talk in front of people, I would literally cry, but with the exposure [at ONU], I feel confident talking now. I've always struggled finding where I belong, but being here has made me realize that you can just be you.”

    • Amara Egbujor
