About UD
Founded in 1850, the University of Dayton is a top-tier research institution in Dayton, Ohio, that offers more than 80 undergraduate and 50 graduate programs. As a leading Catholic, Marianist university, we value discovery, community, leadership, and service. Whether you are looking to advance your career or create a better world, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills you need for success.

MBA Program
Enhance your education—and your career—with an MBA from the University of Dayton. Guided by our adept faculty, leading executives, and successful business professionals, our flexible, prestigious graduate program will help you develop the critical leadership skills and professional management expertise you will need to become a leader in business.

The University of Dayton MBA Program is AACSB accredited.

Online or in-person
In addition to our traditional on-campus program, we offer an online MBA.

UD faculty will teach courses through a combination of live online classes and downloadable material, accessed through a highly interactive and mobile “online campus.” The design offers the intimacy of an on-campus classroom with the online flexibility sought by today’s MBA students.

A distinctive requirement of the online program is participation in two credit-bearing, intensive immersion experiences, where students come together with University of Dayton faculty and cohort members.

The online MBA program offers three tracks to suit your needs: a part-time MBA, a full-time MBA, and an advanced MBA for individuals with significant work experience and a business degree.

Our program is 30 credit hours and suited for students who hold a recently earned undergraduate degree in business. If you have a non-business degree or lack course work in key areas, some foundation courses may be required. The program includes:
• Eight core courses
• One ethics course
• Three elective courses (which may include study abroad)
• Two capstone courses
