Applicants must be of Latino descent accepted for enrollment or enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program in Arizona or California. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Selection is primarily based on demonstration of academic achievement, leadership potential, community service, extracurricular involvement and financial need.
