This weight-reduction camp places particular emphasis on diet and nutrition. Classes in basic nutrition show boys and girls how to enjoy meals while losing weight through portion control and food substitutions. The traditional camp setting includes sports and creative activities. In addition to the regular camp, Shane offers a separate program for young women ages 18-25.
