Not just limited to the kitchen, culinaryNYC take students on private visits to top restaurants to meet chefs, tours of NYC seeking out the best in certain popular food categories, to Broadway shows, top tourist destinations, and the famous FoodTV studios. These are just some of the ways we utilize and leverage the assets of NYC, which is why we consider NYC as the “City as Campus” for our students.
campusNYC is composed of a professional staff with over 20 years of experience in running academic summer programs. Our goal has always been the same: safety, fun, and learning. From kitchen safety taught on our very first day, to proper supervision while touring the City, safety is our first and primary concern. But this is camp–and that means the program needs to be fun. Whatever it takes for us to generate fun and good times, we will do (as long as it’s legal and safe!). Our entire winter is comprised of generating fun and exciting experiences for our students. Our goal is to create an environment where students will learn while making new friends in a warm, supportive environment.
