Although emphasizing instruction in a variety of traditional camp activities, Cape Cod Sea Camps, Monomoy and Wono, also feature an extensive waterfront program. Sailing is offered on both a recreational and a competitive basis. The sports program includes a strong tennis component. The camp also provides woodworking, arts and crafts, archery, riflery, theater and cycling.
