Summer Adventure provides an enriched academic experience for children with hearing loss, as well as an opportunity for boys and girls to interact socially with others who have hearing loss. Masters-level trained teachers of the deaf maintain an auditory/oral environment for the campers. Various enrichment and recreational activities take place during the day, while evenings provide children with the opportunity to relax and get to know one another. A number of off-site field trips augment the program, including a daylong trip during the weekend.
