In addition to regular land sports and watersports, this brother and sister camp offers physical fitness, ecology and astronomy. Of the four daily activity periods, one is a time for general swimming, a second is devoted to team sports and the other two are reserved for individual pursuits. For an additional fee, campers of all ability levels may receive riding and water-skiing instruction, and English-language immersion and one-on-one tutoring programs are also available at an extra charge. Forest Lake conducts one- to three-day canoeing, fishing and backpacking trips in the Adirondacks.
