Phillips Exeter Academy Summer School


Academic work, physical education and recreational activities are balanced at this summer school, which comprises ACCESS EXETER (accelerated study in the arts and sciences for pupils who have completed grade 7 or 8) and UPPER SCHOOL (students who have completed grade 9, 10, 11 or 12). Course work includes English and writing skills, English for nonnative speakers, languages, math, science, history and social studies, psychology, computer studies, humanities, art, music and the performing arts. UPPER SCHOOL's selective Leadership Program welcomes students to enroll in two leadership seminars and a third course of their choosing. Extracurricular on-campus activities and a variety of trips (including college visits) supplement academics.
