Pratt Institute PreCollege Program

This intensive, college-level program covers the fine arts, design, architecture, fashion, creative writing, sculpture and photography. The structured curriculum includes a credit-bearing foundation course that explores drawing, color and design, or writing; a second credit-bearing course in a elective area of choice; and noncredit, pass-fail art history and portfolio development courses. Most courses are taught by Pratt’s faculty architects, artists and designers, with the assistance of guest lecturers and critics.
