St. Olaf's Stroke Technique Camp, which serves competitive swimmers age 10 to grade 12, focuses on proper stroke form and efficient starts and turns. Elements of the program are two daily pool sessions for stroke development, one daily pool session for videotaping, individual videos (with one-on-one review) and written critiques from instructors. Serving experienced swimmers age 10 to grade 12, the High Performance Camp maintains a maximum enrollment of 30 to ensure individualized instruction.
