This unusual credit-bearing program for rising high seniors (and a limited number of particularly capable rising juniors) addresses both technological concepts and management principles. College professors and successful entrepreneurs teach M&TSI's classes. Other aspects of the program are intensive team projects, activities focusing upon the principles and the practice of technological innovation, and field trips to companies and research and development facilities. In addition to gaining an introduction to core engineering and business disciplines, participants also learn about academic and career opportunities available in these two fields.
