Held at Willamette University, YMA offers a range of arts programs that encompasses instrumental music, theater, musical theater, choir, piano, dance, digital photography, creative writing and the visual arts. Students select a major area of study, then also enroll in an elective class. Classes meet Monday through Saturday, with boys and girls spending four hours daily attending class in their majors, 45 minutes in the elective class and 30 minutes in an orientation class. Supervised recreational activities round out the day.
