AT A GLANCE

Financial Aid
ACPHS offers graduate students a number of different ways to help pay for their education and invest in their future. In addition to tuition scholarships and teaching assistantships, research graduate faculty may also support students from research contracts. Graduate students should consult with their thesis advisors to determine if such funding is available. International students are eligible for all awards unless research funding specifically requires US citizenship. All awards are based on academic merit. More information is available at acphs.edu/admissions/financial-aid/graduate-students.

Admission
Students apply online using either the AHCAS or PharmGrad application, depending on their program of choice. All students should have a minimum of a BA or BS in an appropriate discipline and are required to submit official transcripts from all colleges attended, official GRE scores (general test only; may be required for certain programs), a personal essay, a résumé, and a minimum of two letters of recommendation. International students must also submit official TOEFL or IELTS scores and official WES or ECE evaluations of all non-US transcripts. Deadlines to apply vary by program. Please visit our webpage for more details and links to the application at acphs.edu/admissions/graduate-students/apply.

Our five MS degree programs allow students to seek professional licensure in one of our clinical programs (Cytotechnology and Molecular Cytology or Clinical Laboratory Science) or expand their research potential in one of our thesis-based programs (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Molecular Biosciences, or Health Outcomes and Informatics). They all provide excellent preparation for those students who wish to seek employment in the health care field after graduation, continue on for a PhD, or explore other professional medical school opportunities. With our small classes, individualized faculty attention, and rigorous academics, students will have all the necessary tools for success.
