Educating global leaders in the intricacies of international business and management is the exclusive focus of Thunderbird School of Global Management. Now a unit of the Arizona State University Knowledge Enterprise, Thunderbird is supported and enhanced by the broad educational resources of America’s largest and most innovative public university.
Thunderbird offers a flagship degree, the Master of Global Management, which educates students in the core competencies of international business with an additional emphasis in language and cultural skills necessary for success in a volatile global marketplace. In building on that core strength, Thunderbird also offers an executive education program that meets the marketplace demand for greater specialization and customization. In conjunction with ASU, Thunderbird also now offers an undergraduate degree, the Bachelor of Global Management.

The MGM, while sharing many elements of a traditional MBA, offers a more specialized international experience for students interested in global business careers and for businesses seeking to train talent for overseas international assignments.
Along with accounting, marketing, finance, and core business competencies, Thunderbird’s MGM degree offers training in corporate social responsibility and global management strategies, and requires both second-language proficiency and a Thunderbird Experiential Practicum delivered outside the student’s country of origin.
