Applicants must be at least 18 years old and be enrolled, or applying to enroll within the next academic year, in a degree program in healthcare or education at an accredited U.S. university. Students will submit a 750-1,000 word essay on their career aspirations, how they plan to advance healthcare or education through their work and what inspired them to pursue their particular field.
