Applicants must be high school seniors who reside in the following counties: Santa Clara, Fresno, Los Angeles, San Diego and Alameda (Cities of Fremont, Newark, and Union City). Students must plan to attend a U.S. accredited 4-year college, university or community college in the state of California as full-time freshmen. Applicants must have a household income at or below the low or moderate income level and a minimum 2.8 GPA.
