School Facts

Madison Area Technical College, founded in 1912, is a public, two-year community and technical college. We offer 2 year associate degrees, 2-year, 1-year, and less than 1-year technical diplomas, apprenticeship training and certificates including post-baccalaureate certificates. We also offer college transfer programs to 4 year colleges and universities. We do contract training for government, business and industry. Continuing Education, Basic skills education, High School Completion, and Community courses are also offered. The college hascampuses in Madison, Fort Atkinson, Watertown, Reedsburg, and Portage. We serve a dilstrict comprised of parts of 12 counties. We are now known as Madison College.
