All students who complete the Application for Admission are automatically considered for one of several need-blind scholarships; no separate application forms are required. Criteria for the scholarship include difficulty of curriculum, grade point average, extracurricular activities, recommendations, quality of writing in the application, optional SAT or ACT test scores, and optional interview. Gonzaga is 'test-optional'. You do not need to submit and SAT or ACT to be considered for merit scholarships. Students offered a merit scholarship must be admitted to the University, enrolled in 12+ credits each term, and maintain good academic standing to guarantee continuous scholarship.
