Georgetown University—Summer College for High School Students

Boys and girls who have completed at least one year of high school enroll in one or two undergraduate courses suited to their interests, background and previous academic achievement. Alongside current Georgetown students, pupils choose from more than 100 offerings in the arts, foreign language, business, math, science, computers and the social sciences. Participants benefit from the services available through the university, take part in programs designed by the counseling staff, and learn the importance of time management. Activities include recreational options, trips to nearby theatrical performances and sporting events, and community service opportunities. Students may enroll in two sessions with the director's approval.
