Applicant must be a student in the United States who is diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) who is planning to pursue higher education. Applicant must be a legal resident of the United States who is accepted to or enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, accredited trade, or technical/or vocational school. At time of application, applicant must be diagnosed with ADHD and under the care of a licensed health care provider for ADHD, although no specific future or ongoing plan of management or treatment for applicant's ADHD is required in order for applicant to be eligible for the program.
