Students must be legal residents of the United States, residing in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia. The candidate must submit a resumé that lists their professional and academic experience, a transcript from their current school, and an essay to the following prompt: How has did your foster care experience shape you into the person you are today? What advice would you give to your younger self?
