“The most important lesson I learned at Florida Tech, outside of academics, would be that you can turn your passion into your career. I have been fascinated by animals as long I can remember—I'm living my childhood dream!”
“Florida Tech has invaluably provided the foundation of my career. It challenged me a lot, but its small class sizes and genuine care for teaching made it great.”
“Something I experienced as a Florida Tech student was a continuous push by my professors to think beyond plugging and chugging numbers into various equations. They taught me to think critically about the effects my work would have on people.”
“My favorite thing about Florida Tech is that you can start hands-on research almost immediately. Having really good academics paired with hands-on experience allows you to fully understand the concepts and know what you're doing when you start your research.”
