Applicants must be U.S. citizens currently attending an accredited college or university within the United States. High school seniors who will be enrolled in college before the scholarship deadline are encouraged to apply. Also must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. To apply, 750-1,000 word essay sharing a safety need in your community and actions you and others can take to resolve the issue.
