Applicants must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident and be of Latino descent. Students must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate level program at a four-year HACU-member institution in the United States, D.C. or Puerto Rico. Students will submit a 500-word essay on the topic outlined on the website pertaining to Latino heritage, goals, and future community service.
