Applicants must be legal residents of the U.S. under the age of 25 who have survived or are in treatment for childhood cancer. Students must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher and must provide the following: written documentation from a treating physician, completed project proposal for advocacy, letter of recommendation and current transcript.
