Applicants must be high school seniors, college students or graduate students who are legal residents of the United States. Students must be currently pursuing higher education at a two to five year post-secondary institution or must be doing so in the upcoming semester. Applicants must be in good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students who have been through hard times with their families and have come out the other side a better person are encouraged to apply. An essay submission on a provided topic is required.
